Great teaching, good student resources, amazing prospects, excellent social life (-) Expensive, some facilities are very dated. Like most students, I had many apprehensions when I chose the university to spend the next few years of my life at. Coming from London,I wondered how Manchester City Centre would compare and what the people 'up north' would be like. Looking back, it was the best decision I ever made, and loved every minute of my year there.
